Zirkus
A pop-up restaurant in the middle of Leiden, in the old V&D building. Temporary by nature, but set up as if it had always belonged there.

Challenge
Zirkus started as a completely new hospitality concept, so it had nothing yet: no name, no face and nothing to go out into the world with. Everything had to come together in a short time for a place where food, drinks and partying mattered equally.
Creative direction
Under the banner Food, Fun, Drinks we built a bold world in which being temporary became part of the fun. We drew a custom typeface for it, so the name stayed recognisable everywhere without a logo. Lots of colour, movement, photography, video and animation, carried through from website and menu to posters and events.
