Social media management for hospitalitySocial
Strategy, planning, creation and advertising. Not posting for the sake of it, but making sure there are people in on a Tuesday night too.
Social for a place isn't about posting something every day. It's knowing what's happening this month, having the imagery for it, and reaching the right people at the right moment. The asparagus night, the game dinner, the first sunny Friday.
We run the channels as if it were our own place. Everything is scheduled up to a month ahead in our planning tool, at least two posts a week, plus stories, comments and messages, and ads when it's a moment that needs filling. You watch along and approve, we do the rest.
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat: we do them all. Which ones make sense for your place, we decide together. A beach club gets something out of TikTok, an event venue out of LinkedIn.
We do social management for restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, event venues and the brands around them. Mostly in the Bollenstreek and Leiden, but for a good project we're happy to travel further. A shoot per season is part of it, so we never work with old imagery.

How it works
- 1
Plan per quarter
What's happening in the next three months, which moments need filling, what we'll shoot. One meeting, one plan.
- 2
We make and schedule
Everything is ready up to a month ahead in our planning tool, at least two posts a week. You see it beforehand and approve with one message. Then it goes out on the days and times that work for your place.
- 3
A short catch-up every month
What worked, what didn't, what we'll do differently next month. No twenty-page report, just the numbers that matter.

What's great is that we hardly have to look after it ourselves, and the content looks professional.
Questions we get
- What does social management cost?
- Management starts at €575 a month, for at least two posts a week, stories, comments and messages. We add the quarterly content shoot from €215 a month: management plus quarterly shoot together from €790 a month, everything included. Ad budget always goes straight to Meta or Google, with no margin on top.
- Do I still have to post myself?
- You don't have to, we take care of it. But input is more than welcome: spontaneous content from the floor always works best. A story of something happening right now is usually worth its weight in gold.
- Which channels do you do?
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Snapchat. Not all at once: we pick the channels where your guests are and do those well.
- Do you work with my current identity?
- Yes. We keep a good identity and build on it. Only when it no longer fits where the place wants to go do we talk about branding.
- Am I tied in?
- Social management runs per quarter. After that you decide again every three months, and we're fine with that: it has to pay off, otherwise we'll stop ourselves. The content subscription is a yearly agreement, that's where the discount on the shoots comes from.
- Do you only do hospitality and lifestyle?
- No. Hospitality is where we come from and what you see most in our work, but we're just as happy working for the brands and places around it: a florist, a school, a coffee roaster, a municipality. If you have a place, a product or a spot people love to go, we get you. A corporate identity with an annual report isn't our thing.
